Goal Setting: I will help you clarify your objectives and aspirations. You'll receive (SMART) specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals that align with your values and desires.
Self-Exploration: I will guide you through self-reflection exercises such as meditation and breathing to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and challenges. This exploration helps uncover patterns, biases, and limiting beliefs that may hold you back.
Action Planning: Once your goals are established, I will work with you to develop an actionable plan. This involves breaking down your goals into smaller, manageable steps and identifying potential obstacles or barriers that may arise. In every session, I take notes; I help you re-align your strategy and action plan to overcome challenges and move forward.
Accountability: I will hold you accountable. My sessions are not woo-woo girl chat. I want you to be strong and take the necessary steps toward your goals. I will help you track progress, celebrate achievements, and provide support and motivation.
Skill-Building: Depending on your goals, I will provide resources such as books, podcasts, and daily postings to help you develop specific skills or acquire knowledge relevant to your personal or professional growth. I will help you enhance and embrace your God-given Skills instead of improving what you might have perceived is good for you, or told by others would be good for you.
Support and Encouragement: Life-coaching sessions are strictly confidential. They will be your sacred sanctuary space where you can freely bring all your pain, concerns, worries, or joy twithought judgment. In this space, you are always enough.
Feedback and Reflection: Throughout the coaching session, I will offer feedback and provide alternative perspectives to help you gain new insights and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. I will also seek your feedback on my coaching. Learning from setbacks is part of coaching and growth.
